Every piece of art is double-checked at the lab before being shipped and then checked again personally before it’s prepared for delivery. If the print or product fails to meet quality control at any level, it’s sent for a reprint. I make sure that you only get the best possible outcome!

Personalized service

When you contact Lil Monster Photography and start planning out your session and customizing it to your liking, you’ll be speaking with me. On the day of the session, I will be the photographer taking your pet’s images and talking with you about them. When we discuss what products you like and what would go well in your home, you’ll be talking with me.

During the ordering appointment, you’ll have me to help you, not SELL you. I will never sell a product or service to a client if they don’t want it. My mission is to create images you love and be proud to display in your home and office. It’s your task to select which images are your favorites. When your product arrives, I will be the one that checks to make sure it meets my standards of quality control and that the image on the product matches the vision you saw when you ordered the print. When the product is wrapped for delivery, that one will be done by my wife because I really can’t wrap, but I help with the tape!

When I set up your artwork’s delivery, you’ll be arranging the shipment process with me. On the day of delivery, I will personally deliver it to you and hang the piece on the wall to enjoy and admire the artwork. Throughout the entire experience, you will be made to feel like you are the most important client because you are!
