About Lil Monster Photography

Lil Monster Photography was born out of a desire to create wonderful artwork that helps portray animals as their families see them… special. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to capture a wide variety of images, but I’ve always come back to photos of animals, especially canines. Something about the bond between these animals and their families speaks to me in a way that no other type of photography ever has. Whether it’s a sport dog working in tune with its handler or a family pet that just loves to romp and play… they all deserve to be shown in their own special way.

My goal in every session is to work closely with each family to produce the finest images of each pet I can, while maintaining a safe environment for everyone involved.

Coming from a family that has always had dogs, and having been involved in several competitive dog sports, I learned a lot about animal behavior and how to read an animal, which helps immensely when photographing them.

I’ve worked with dogs of all shapes, sizes, breeds, temperaments, and ages, which creates a better overall experience for everyone involved.

Dogs have long fascinated me. They’re incredibly intelligent and full of personality. I want to capture that personality in the images, and it's what I strive for in each session.

Through careful planning, in-depth conversations, and probably more than a few laughs, I want to learn about your relationship with your pet so that I can create fine artwork that you’re proud to hang in your home. Artwork that will start conversations about one of your favorite topics… your furry family.
